A lovely warm golden colour with shades of topaz. A delightfully fruity and spicy nose with hints of crystallized tangerines, moorland honey, ripe apricots and freshly ground cinnamon. On the palate - creamy and compelling with a rounded caress and a surprisingly clean, cool and crisp finish with notes of lemon verbena and orange zest.Endowed with the extrovert nature of the Mediterranean people it possesses the personality to tackle a wide range of dishes, particularly delicious with freshly baked desserts such as orange cake and apple pie.

Type of breeding: Minimum 6 months in a vat

TASTING NOTES : :
beautiful golden colour, zesty and exotic on the nose with whiffs of citrus fruits, litchee and mango. Shows a smooth richness on the palate with a cool and floral finish. Delicious served with the local foie gras
